hey - long time no blog
It has been a long time for both of us - there should be a notification you get by email which shows that there is a new post or something.
I went out with David on Sun night. Was really fun. Good conversation - we have talked on the phone a few times since as well. I don't know yet how I feel about him. I like him, but it is not as powerful as when I was first falling for Dan - maybe that is because I was partly getting over Odysseas and much more of the excitement was about how different he was from Ody. Now this is not about anyone else, just the two of us.
By the way, we kissed...
I like him, just am not crazy. I am so used to being crazy, I feel like normal is strange.
I sure am weird.
We did not do the movie - we just went to his place and talked and kissed and ... you get the picture.

if you can hold out for a month or so...
i can get you a dvd player. and trust me.. this will be fun. you could also do the email thing if you don't want to log in.. but if we are both good about doing it often, the blog will be fun. i'll check more.. i keep forgetting that you are finally doing it.

harvey weinstein?
where did you get that name? Also, you said this was easier b/c you don't have to log into your email, but if you think about it, gmail saves conversations like this does, and you have to log into it too. Maybe when i get my own computer HINT HINT then I can save my password on it and wil be less trouble. I need lots of things right now, a new bike, a new computer, a watch, and a DVD player. Hmmmmmmm.... Shame that my birthday already passed, or I would have asked for these things. The bike thing - finally got a tuneup and they said the chain and belt are so rusted, it needs a new one, and new gearshifts, which would total almost 80.00. With a new seat and handlebars costing 20.00, for 100.00 I may as well buy a new bike. Just adding to my needs. I am maybe too needy.
God, the weather sure is nice, though. Hey - can you put a bid on a Sex and City collection for me on Ebay? My username never works well.

sorry i would have responded on tuesday but i just stopped checking.. i thought you'd never really buy into the whole thing. but since you are writing, i'll check more often.
i haven't talked to mom since i talked to you actually so i don't know more about the plan. the engagement thing that she is coming for is saturday afternoon from noon to 3 or something. priya is coming in tomorrow and we are having lunch and then i'm taking the afternoon off to hang out with her. either friday night or saturday, we will actually all go out (karthik, tesh, etc) to celebrate vid's bday. i don't know what you meant by moush's thing. what thing? if you mean the puja it's the weekend of oct 16th. anyway, i'm around all weekend and would LOVE to hang out so come whenever you want. the earlier the better.. friday i'm FREE all afternoon so you could even come and hang out.
what else... i think you shouldn't feel guilty about sofia but if you want to go one last time, that's fine too. i mean i don't think it's bad to go to sofia unless it really was that she sucked and was expensive compared to your other woman. or if you thought you were wasting your new york time. but i think you could go and just get what you want done.. and then tell her that you found someone to do it there b/c coming down to NY is hard.. don't say anything about how she doesn't baby you enough.. not that you would, but you know what i mean.
how are other things with you? are you taking your week off before joining this lab? did you say yes to the harvey weinstein guy? (sorry i forgot his name). i miss you. hope i can see you this weekend. love you lots.

hey sorry I should use this more
write me back - what are plans this w/e? when is mom coming? when is moush's thing? when should i come? do you think it is worth me driving to see that ABC outlet, or do you think it is just cool stuff with still too high tags? i.e. 50% off of 1000 is still 500.
turns out the merck thing was just that they took vioxx off the market for increased cardiovascular disease. not out of businesss, but a huge chunk of their income in that drug - now the competitor pfizer has to think about their drug celebrex which is similar.
i was thinking of going to Sophia, but I wonder if i am just going out of guilt - I shouldnt worry, right? it is easier for me to go now in the week. i just wanted to say bye and thanks to sylvia. still, i think the lady here is faster, better, hurts less, talks less, but is still nice, and still babies me a little. not perfect, but the same price. still, sylvia is very good to me - what should i do?

i guess you don't really have time to write at all. this blog takes less time then email and is really good for those times you can only write two lines which is why i thought we should use it. i hope eventually we get to using it!! :)
